You can find the ring size of an existing ring they frequently wear (when they are not looking or in the shower!), measure the inside diameter using our ring size chart and follow these simple instructions using our printed guide:
- Select a ring that fits your desired finger
- Place the ring over the circles in the ring chart. The measurement shown refers to the inside diameter of the ring.
- If the ring falls between two sizes, order the larger size.
How do I find my own ring size?
Whether you're buying a ring as a gift or want to know your ring size, our helpful ring size guide which includes a downloadable ring sizer will ensure you find the perfect fit. (We also sell a ring sizer and offer the service at our stores).
Our top tips include
- Measure your ring size at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest. (fact!)
- Don't measure your finger when your hands are cold as they can shrink up to half a ring size. (again, a true fact!)
- If you are between two sizes, always go with the larger one.
- A larger size may be required if you are ordering a wider band.

We want you to be completely happy with your ring. If the size you have chosen is wrong we offer a complimentary resizing for the first 30 days after your purchase. All you need to pay for is postage. (Please Note: complimentary resizing is limited to one per ring and limited to sterling silver/ plated rings)
