Add a Charm

Use this service to add an additional charm to an existing Posh Totty Designs piece of jewellery you already own. For example, if you have a three-ring Russian ring necklace and would like to add an extra ring, use this service. Please check the personalisation character limit by finding your piece on our website. Our jewellers will match the plating and size of your charm based on your current design. If your necklace is mixed metal finish, you will need to select Mixed metal in the metal type options and let us know in the comments box the color you want for the If you have a Family Name necklace or similar, please let us know in the comments box if you would like a smaller or larger charm added.

This is an alteration service to add a charm to an existing product. You will usually receive your item back after 2 weeks

How Does It Work

2. Pack your item up with your name and order number.
3. Send Your item to us using a recorded delivery service to: Posh Totty Designs Care & Repair, 33 New Road, Brighton, BN1 1UG, United Kingdom.
4. We will contact you when we have received your item.
5. When we have finished you will receive an email with a tracking link as it is returned to you.
