Two-way shipping is included in the service price, and your piece will be back with you within 2 weeks.

Choose this service and place your order.

2. Send us your jewellery
Pack your item securely and include your name and order number.

3. We’ll arrange your postage
After ordering, we’ll email you a link to download your postage label. Attach it to your parcel and send your jewellery to us.

4. We’ll take care of the rest
Our jewellers will carefully add your chosen personalisation.

5. On its way back to you
Once your piece is ready, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.

Delivery included

Your return postage is included in the price, so there’s no extra cost to send your jewellery to us and have it returned to you.
