References to "you" and "your" refer to customers placing orders through our website, by telephone or by post.

These Terms & Conditions also cover our emails, newsletters, social media channels and associated promotional activities.

Orders

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you are unhappy with any part of these terms, please contact our Customer Services team before placing an order by emailing hello@poshtottydesigns.com or writing to us at the address provided below.

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to Posh Totty Designs Ltd to purchase the goods outlined in your order, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

When you place an order, we require your name, email address, payment details, telephone number and address. This information is required to process your order and communicate with you regarding its acceptance.

A contact telephone number is required so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order. Unless you inform us otherwise, we may provide your contact telephone number to our couriers if they need to contact you to arrange delivery.

After placing an order online, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received. This does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the items. A contract for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been accepted, processed and dispatched.

We may be unable to fulfil an order for the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock.
  • We are unable to authorise your payment.
  • A product description or pricing error has been identified.
  • Your order does not meet the criteria outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Our delivery partners are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, including hazardous weather or accidents.

If there is an issue with your order, a member of our Customer Services team will contact you by telephone or email.

Please check all items upon receipt. Faulty or damaged items should be reported within eight working days of receiving your parcel.

Posh Totty Designs Ltd reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase.

While we take reasonable care to keep your order details and payment information secure, we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to information supplied when accessing or ordering from our website.

When placing an order, you will be added to our newsletter mailing and email list. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, please contact our Customer Services team to request removal. You can also unsubscribe from our email list using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.

International delivery is available on selected products. Delivery charges are calculated according to the size and destination of your order, as displayed at the time of purchase.

Website Product Pricing & Descriptions

Every product purchased is sold subject to its individual product description, which may include additional conditions relating to approximate delivery dates, warranties, after-sales support and guarantees.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product details, prices and descriptions displayed on our website are accurate when entered into our system or published.

Although we endeavour to keep our website as accurate and up to date as possible, there may be occasions when the information displayed, including product descriptions, does not reflect the exact position at the time an order is placed.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all website information and cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions or any consequences arising from the use of such information.

We are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order has been accepted in accordance with our order acceptance conditions.

Please also note that computer monitors and screens vary in their display settings and resolution. We therefore cannot guarantee that colours shown on your screen will exactly match the finished product.

Faulty Goods

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.

This does not include damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

Contract Cancellation

If you are unhappy with products you have chosen and received, you may cancel your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise this right within eight working days of receiving the products.

This excludes made-to-order and personalised items.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and will consider requests outside this period on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.

Returns Policy & Making Returns

If your parcel arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services team at hello@poshtottydesigns.com so that we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

If you wish to return an item, excluding personalised products, we must receive it at our warehouse within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Where possible, please return items in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure returns are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Except in the case of faulty or damaged goods, we are not responsible for return postage costs. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in case your parcel does not reach us.

If an item is returned outside the 28-day period or is not in a resaleable condition, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of Posh Totty Designs.

If you wish to cancel your order and return it under the Distance Selling Regulations, excluding personalised items, you must notify us within eight working days of receiving your parcel.

To arrange a cancellation, please email hello@poshtottydesigns.com.

You will then need to return the complete order to us at your own expense if you have already received it.

Once we have received the complete order, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Except for faulty items or goods damaged in transit, return postage costs are your responsibility.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Only one promotional offer or discount code may be used per order.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes are not valid on:

  • Charity products
  • Bespoke products
  • Gift vouchers
  • Jewellery-making workshops
  • Maintenance services
  • Sale products
  • Clearance items
  • Products that have already been discounted

Promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All products are subject to availability, and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

Posh Totty Designs Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence by the company, its employees, agents, members or directors, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated above, neither Posh Totty Designs Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits or savings, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from the use of our website, the supply of our products or their use or resale.

These limitations of liability apply equally to Posh Totty Designs Ltd and any associated company.

Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter our competitions.
  2. Competitions are open to entrants aged over 16.
  3. We accept no responsibility for entries received after the relevant closing date, regardless of the reason.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  5. To enter, please follow the instructions provided for the individual competition.
  6. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  7. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
