This Fingerprint Charm Necklace Kit is a timeless piece. Simply press your finger into the ink paper provided to create a clear impression of your unique ID and send it into us. Our jewellers will then engrave the charm with your fingerprint.

This silver necklace kit makes the perfect gift for mums, allowing them to cherish the memories of their little ones forever with this fingerprint ring.

The Fingerprint Charm Necklace Kit includes instructions (below) and tips to perfect your ring.

Instructions

1. PREP THE FINGER

Gently wipe the finger you’d like to print using the black image towelette

provided. This helps bring out all those lovely fingerprint details.

2. TAKE THE PRINT

Press your finger straight down onto the special paper (make sure the

coated side is facing up).

Top Tip: Don’t roll your finger—just a straight press will give the best result.

3. CHECK AND REPEAT IF NEEDED

You can try a few prints on different parts of the paper to get the one you

love. It will begin to develop after a few moments—magic!

4. SEND IT OUR WAY

Once you’re happy with your print, simply scan or snap a clear photo and email it to us.

5. WE GET TO WORK

As soon as we receive your fingerprint, our talented team will begin

handcrafting your bespoke jewellery. We’ll then send your special piece to

What is 18ct gold plating?

Most of our silver jewellery can be plated with a thick layer (approx 1 micron) of 18ct yellow gold or 18ct rose gold.

Is your gold plating nickel allergy safe?

Our gold plated items are compliant with the Assay nickel release test (BS EN 1811:1998 and BS EN 12472) therefore they are suitable for those with nickel allergies.

Is 18ct gold plating permanent?

Gold plating can wear away overtime. This can be sped up by exposure to water, heat and certain chemicals.

If the plating on your product wears away within the first three months of your purchase we will happily re-plate the item free of charge.

How do I clean a sterling silver necklace at home?

The safest way to clean a sterling silver necklace at home is with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth to gently remove dirt and help reduce tarnish.

To clean your necklace:

Create a gentle solution - Mix a few drops of mild washing-up liquid with warm (not hot) water.
Soak and clean - Leave your necklace in the solution for 10–15 minutes, then gently clean with a soft toothbrush or cloth, especially around clasps and fine details.
Rinse and dry - Rinse thoroughly under clean water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before wearing or storing.

Sterling silver may naturally develop a light tarnish over time, but this can easily be refreshed with a specialist silver polishing cloth to restore its shine.

Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish or any personalised details.
