Delivery within the UK:
Occasionally, your item may arrive with you sooner than 7 days but we are unfortunately unable to prioritise individual orders during busy times. (We think it’s worth the wait though). The delivery service we use is a Royal Mail tracked service and does not require a signature as it will be posted through your letterbox if the item is small enough. If the item is larger and you are not in to accept your order the postman may choose to leave it in a safe place or leave a calling card for you. 

Delivery outside of the UK:
Once your order has been made (we advise approximately 7 days for making the item) our delivery service for international post aims to deliver to :-

• Most of Western Europe in 3-5 days.
• The rest of Europe, USA & Canada within 5-10 days.
• The rest of the world within 5-14 days.

These are approximate time frames as parcels need to also go through customs which we have no control over.
